A Barolo DOCG made exclusively from Nebbiolo, from the Bricco San Pietro vineyard in the Langhe. The vines grow on calcareous marl soils, and the wine is aged for a long time in oak barrels.
It is deep garnet in colour, with refined aromas of faded roses, sweet spices, ripe red fruit, earthy and balsamic notes. The palate has silky, enveloping tannins supported by fresh acidity. It pairs well with autumn dishes such as braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
