This is a single cask Annandale from the Man O' Sword range, the distillery's peated line, named after Robert the Bruce. It was distilled in 2017, matured for six years in a first-fill bourbon cask and bottled in 2023 at a natural cask strength of 60.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose combines earthy peat smoke with malt and vanilla. Dried fruit and sweet bourbon spice meet smoke and vanilla on the palate, and the long, warm finish ends on smoke, fruit and the sweetness of the wood.
