This is a single cask Lowland malt from Annandale, part of the Founders' Selection within its unpeated Man O' Words range. It was distilled in 2017, matured for six years in first-fill ex-bourbon cask 1592 and bottled by the distillery in 2023 at a natural cask strength of 61.4%. The colour is natural and it has not been chill-filtered.
The nose combines ripe apples and pears with creamy vanilla, light honey sweetness and floral notes. On the palate the orchard fruit is joined by a hint of grass, vanilla, sweet caramel and mild spice. The long finish leaves soft vanilla, light fruit, nutty spice and warm oak.
