The Sherried One (Red) is a single malt from Annandale, bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh at 48.5% as part of the Jane Street series.
The nose brings raisins, figs, prunes and dates, with dark chocolate, nutmeg and roasted nuts. On the palate there is dried fruit, caramel, mocha and espresso, with cinnamon and nutmeg and a sherry oak character with a light tannic grip. The finish is long and warm, with cocoa, roasted nuts and bittersweet dark chocolate.
