Ardbeg Twenty One is a 21 year old Islay single malt, released in 2016 for members of the Ardbeg Committee. The spirit was distilled in the mid-1990s, a difficult time for the distillery, and the release marks its survival and revival.
It was fully matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered. Smoky power is balanced by mature elegance.
