Ardbeg Uigeadail is an Islay single malt from the distillery's core range, matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. The nose is rich and fruity with leather, and with patience and a little water it opens into raisin aromas. The palate is robust and richly sweet, smoky and malty, with a fine balance, and it can also be enjoyed at cask strength. The finish is long and malty.
