This is Ardlair 10 Year Old, an unpeated Highland single malt from Ardmore, released by Brave New Spirits as Whiskyheroes: The Untamed Grace. Peated malt was left out on purpose, which brings clarity and structure to the front.
It matured in Andalusian casks, which add spice, fruit and depth without heaviness. Bottled at 56.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, it is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
