An independent bottling from Little Brown Dog Spirits of Ardlair, the unpeated Highland single malt distilled at Ardmore in 2014. After 12 years of maturation it was given a finish in Cognac casks, and it is bottled at 52.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers ripe peach, apricot and honey, with vanilla, grapes and soft oak. The palate has yellow fruit, caramel, dried grapes and light spice. The finish is long and warming, with lasting fruity sweetness, subtle spice and oak.
