Ardmore aged 11 years, bottled by Blind Summit Whisky at 57.6% in a 50cl bottle. It spent ten years in a refill bourbon barrel and was re-racked on 6 July 2025 into a virgin oak barrel to continue maturing. It is lightly peated, and is bottled without chill filtration or added colour.
Toast and sweet smoke lead the nose, with burnt orange marmalade, chocolate, charcoal, toasted almonds and apricot. The palate is creamy and full-bodied, carrying the smoke and fruit through, with cinnamon and ginger developing. The finish is warm and lingering, with spice and toasted notes fading slowly.
