This is an 11 year old Ardmore single malt Scotch whisky, bottled in 2020 at 46% ABV as part of Cadenhead's Original Collection.
It matured in oak casks and then spent two years in ex-Pinot Noir wine casks for a finish.
The nose is complex, with earthy notes and a touch of intense smoke. The palate mixes strawberry jam, sweets, burnt sugar and Ardennes ham. Smoke and clove come through in the finish.
