Ardmore – 12 Year Old 2011/2023 Macbeth Collection Act One Seyton

A 12-year-old Highland single malt from Ardmore, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 by Elixir Distillers. It belongs to the Household Series within the Macbeth Collection, a tribute to Shakespeare's play, and this bottle represents the character Seyton. The label carries an illustration by Sir Quentin Blake. The nose is cool, with mint and resinous pine, dark chocolate, light wood and a hint of spicy hops. On the palate there is strong malt and sage with a herbal quality. The finish is long and ends on a cool menthol note.
