Ardmore 12 Year Old Port Wood Finish is a Highland single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It joined the Ardmore range in 2015.
The whisky was first matured in American white oak bourbon casks, then moved to Port pipes for a finishing period.
The Port pipes brought a wine-like sweetness, along with hints of juicy grape and flamed orange peel.
