This is a 16 year old Highland single malt from Ardmore, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage. It comes at a cask strength of 56.5% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was finished in a first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, number 2. The finish brings extra fullness, sweetness and dark fruit to Ardmore's smoky character, which comes from the peated malt the distillery has traditionally used. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
