A 2010 vintage Highland single malt from Ardmore, bottled in 2021 at 10 years old by Duncan Taylor. It is bottled at 54.3% in a 70cl bottle, and the cask yielded 56 bottles.
The spirit started in a plain oak cask and was then finished for four months in one of Duncan Taylor's small octave sherry casks. After the finish, the notes run to applewood smoke, toasted rye bread, toffee crisp, a hint of peppermint and ash.
