This is a single cask Ardmore, distilled on 13 July 2010 and bottled on 11 January 2024 by The Single Malts of Scotland. It matured for 13 years in an American standard barrel, and 209 bottles were filled at 53.7%, in natural colour and without chill-filtration.
Ardmore's peat smoke stays clear without becoming one-dimensional. Vanilla, citrus and apple open the nose, while creamy malt and honey sit at the centre of the palate. The finish is long, smoky-sweet and spicy, ending on a creamy note.
