This is a 13 year old Ardmore from the Highlands, bottled by the independent bottler Thompson Bros. in 2024 from a 2010 vintage. It is bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The whisky matured in two refill barrels, and 588 bottles were filled in this limited edition.
The nose offers fine peat smoke with citrus fruit, vanilla and light spiced oak. On the palate, malty sweetness, honey and creamy caramel sit alongside a subtle smokiness. The finish is long, with gentle spice, smoky touches and a hint of aged oak.
