Ardmore – Cask Strength Collection First Fill PX Sherry Finish 16 Year Old 2009/2026 (56.5%)

This is a single cask Highland malt from Ardmore, bottled by Signatory Vintage in its Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled on 2 November 2009 and bottled on 15 July 2026. After 16 years of maturation it was finished in a single first fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead. The cask gave 314 bottles, filled at a cask strength of 56.5% ABV without colouring or chill-filtration. The Pedro Ximénez finish is said to give the typical Ardmore character a dense, powerful structure.
