Ardmore Legacy is a Highland single malt from the Ardmore distillery in Scotland, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is heather honey with hints of cinnamon and toffee bonbon, and very subtle peat smoke. The palate opens with creamy vanilla spice before smoky charcoal notes come forward, particularly when water is added. The smoke does not dominate and stays balanced by sweet honey and spice. The finish is full-bodied and silky, with a dry, tangy, lingering aftertaste and spice.
