Armagnac Duc De Maravat 25 Year Old is a French Armagnac aged for 25 years in oak barriques. It has a deep amber colour and aromas of dried plum, vanilla, cocoa and sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove. The palate is velvety, with cooked fruit, tobacco and leather, plus a subtle finish of caramel and hazelnut. The balance of acidity and sweetness is impeccable, with a long finish. It is suited to serving at room temperature in an appropriate glass.
