Duc De Maravat 15 Year Old is an Armagnac from south-west France, aged for 15 years in oak. It is deep amber with golden highlights.
The nose is rich with vanilla and dried plum, followed by cocoa, sweet spice such as cinnamon, toasted wood and caramel.
The palate is soft and enveloping, with fruity sweetness and spicy warmth. Ripe plum and apricot sit alongside tobacco and leather. The finish is long, with vanilla and oak.
