This is Armorik Double Matured Malt, a French single malt from the Warenghem Distillery in Brittany, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The whisky is first aged in casks made from oak grown in Brittany, then moved to sherry oak casks for a finishing period.
It opens with citrus and apple, soon joined by salted butter, rich oak and a sea breeze note.
