This is a French single malt from the Armorik brand of the Warenghem distillery in Brittany, part of the Yeun Elez series. It was distilled in 2016, bottled in 2025 at 57.8% ABV, and is non-chill-filtered and free of colouring. The outturn is 1,150 bottles.
The whisky matured in three cask types: Bourbon, Sauternes and STR. Peat smoke sits alongside fruity and spicy notes.
On the nose there is heather smoke, dark berries, vanilla and fine oak. The palate is intense and layered, with malt sweetness, spice, chocolate and maritime touches, leading to a long, powerful finish.
