Armorik Yeun Elez Jobic (70cl, 46%)

Yeun Elez Jobic is a peated Breton single malt from Armorik, distilled at the Warenghem distillery in Brittany. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The barley comes from Scotland and is peated to 50 PPM. The whisky is described as elegant and delicate, with a balanced peat character. On the nose, peat and clove sit alongside banana, cooked peaches and pastry cream. The palate is smoky, with fresh citrus and a hint of salinity, and the finish is spicy, closing on wood smoke.
