This is a 10 year old single malt from the Lochranza Distillery on the Isle of Arran, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The age has softened the citrus character associated with Arran and brought out more depth, set against sweet oak. The texture is soft and sweet.
Vanilla sweetness comes first on the palate, followed by a touch of cinnamon that adds a spicy edge. The finish carries sweetness, apple, citrus and cinnamon.
