Arran – 10 Year Old (70cl, 46%)

This is a 10 year old single malt from the Isle of Arran, made from unpeated barley. It replaced the earlier non-chill-filtered Arran that carried no age statement. The whisky matured mainly in sherry casks, with a small share of bourbon casks, and is bottled at 46% without chill-filtering. The nose is fruity and very aromatic. On the palate come fruit, chocolate and toffee, and the finish is long and aromatic, with sweetness, fruit and toffee.
