Arran – Port Cask Finish 100 Proof (50%)

This is a single malt Scotch whisky from Arran, finished in port casks and bottled at 100 proof, which is 50% abv. It is a malt with a punch to it, and the sweetness runs through its layers of fruit and spice. That sweetness also makes it a workable choice for mixed drinks, if you prefer it that way. On the palate it is layered, with fruits and spices carrying through.
