Arran 10 Year Unchillfiltered is a single malt Scotch whisky from Lochranza Distillery on the Isle of Arran, bottled at 46% in a 700ml bottle. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour.
It matures for ten years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The spirit is made with a fermentation of roughly 85 hours using a fruity yeast strain.
The nose is vanilla, kiwi, banana and cantaloupe melon, with cocoa and citrus. The palate has creamy vanilla, cinnamon, lemon zest and orchard apple. The finish is long, with baked apple, citrus zest and warm cinnamon.
