This is an 18 year old single malt from the Isle of Arran in Scotland, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose brings orchard fruits, syrupy sweetness and toasted oak. On the palate there is caramelised citrus, dark chocolate, baked peaches and a little spice. The finish is long, with dried fruit, gentle oak and warming spice.
