This is a single cask Arran from the Isle of Arran, distilled on 28 May 2014 and bottled at cask strength, 59.8% ABV, on 11 June 2023. It matured for nine years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask.
The cask yielded 315 bottles, filled in 70cl bottles and made exclusively for Switzerland.
The nose is nutty, with candied orange peel and quince. On the palate come Black Forest gateau, roasted nuts, candied ginger and baked apples. The finish is full, lightly drying and strong.
