This is a seven-year-old single malt from Arran, distilled in 2019 and matured in a second-fill sherry hogshead. It is a single cask bottling selected for the Netherlands, with 285 bottles drawn from cask 2019/0189.
It was bottled at a cask strength of 58.8%, without chill-filtering and without added colour.
The nose is rich, with raisins, dried figs, caramel, soft spices and fresh malt. On the palate it is full and powerful, with dried fruit, caramel and vanilla, while spice and subtle oak add structure. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruit, soft spice and oak.
