Arran Barrel Reserve is a single malt distilled on the Isle of Arran and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured entirely in first-fill bourbon barrels.
The nose is fresh and grassy-sweet, with lemon tart, biscuity malt and tart apple skin. The palate is malty, with cinnamon cereal, vanilla fudge and green apple alongside a faint sea breeze. The finish brings vanilla oak, aromatic spice, salted caramel and a handful of orchard fruit.
