Arran Barrel Reserve is a single malt from Scotland, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American oak casks and is a light gold colour.
No caramel is added, so the whisky keeps its original colour and the flavour is left untouched by colouring.
The character is fresh, with citrus notes balanced against sweet vanilla so that neither dominates. Apple builds slowly in the background, followed by delicate notes.
