Arran Bothy Quarter Cask is a single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at a cask-strength-style 56.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured with smaller quarter casks, which shape its character alongside the high strength. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose brings citrus fruit, apples and pears together with vanilla, honey and a fine spiciness. On the palate come malt, oak and spice, followed by toffee and fruity hints, with a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is warming.
