This is a 12 year old Arran single malt, the Master of Distilling 2 edition, released in honour of Master Distiller James MacTaggart under the title The Man With The Golden Glass. It is bottled at 51.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
James chose a selection of Palo Cortado sherry casks by hand in Spain, and they add a warming dimension to the Arran malt. The edition runs to 12,000 bottles worldwide.
