This is a single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle and non-chill filtered.
It was first matured in ex-bourbon oak casks, then finished in Portuguese Port wine casks.
The nose offers cinnamon and baked apples. On the palate there is vanilla spice, citrus zest and dried fruits, balanced by a delicate nuttiness. The finish is warming, with bitter orange, chocolate and dark cherries.
