Arran – Sauternes Cask Finish (70cl, 50%)

Arran Sauternes Cask Finish is a single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. After its main maturation the whisky is finished in Sauternes wine casks. The Master Distiller chooses these casks from a small producer, aiming for a close match between the character of the wine and that of the whisky. The finish adds sweetness to the malt and brings a further element to the distillery character.
