Arran Sherry Cask 'The Bodega' is a cask strength single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 55.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured only in first-fill sherry hogsheads from Jerez, and it is non-chill-filtered and natural in colour.
The nose has chocolate-coated raisins, spiced orange peel and dried fruit. On the palate come sweet cherry, fig and dark toffee, with warm spice and rich oak. The finish is long, with roasted nuts, a little smoke and lingering sherry sweetness.
