Arran – Sherry Cask (70cl, 55.8%)

A cask strength single malt from Arran, bottled at 55.8% in a 70cl bottle and matured entirely in Sherry casks. The distillery's Master Distiller worked with producers in Sherry bodegas in Jerez, Spain, to choose the casks. The bottling returns to the style of some of the earliest Arran single malt, which was mostly matured in Sherry casks. It is marked by layers of rich sweet spice and oak. The nose offers toffee, sweet spice and fruit, and the palate ripe fig and cherries. The finish brings dark chocolate, mandarins and ripe figs.
