Artful Dodger Speyside Blended Malt 30 Year Old 1989/2020 Refill Bourbon Barrel (50cl, 51.2%)

This is a 30-year-old Speyside blended malt from Artful Dodger, a single-cask bottling. It was distilled on 9 November 1989, matured in a refill bourbon barrel and bottled on 27 February 2020 at a cask strength of 51.2%. The barrel gave 317 bottles of 50cl, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. Tasting notes describe a nose of ripe yellow stone fruit and tropical notes over vanilla and honey. The palate is creamy and sweet, with vanilla, fruit and fine wood influence, and the long finish brings vanilla and honey with citrus and gentle spice.
