Fiddler Big Green Egg is a high-wheat bourbon from ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia, bottled at 50% ABV. Wheat takes the place of rye as the flavour grain in the mash bill.
The bourbon is finished with Georgia white-oak staves that have been toasted and charred on a Big Green Egg ceramic cooker. It won a Gold Medal at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The palate is sweet, with wheat and corn, vanilla and caramel, and a light touch of grill smoke from the toasted staves. The finish is warm and oaky.
