Fiddler Unison Bourbon

Fiddler Unison is a bourbon from ASW Distillery that marries two whiskeys: a foraged high-wheat bourbon and the distillery's own high-malt bourbon, distilled by hand on traditional double copper pot stills made by Vendome Copper & Brass Works in Louisville, Kentucky. The high-wheat portion is 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. The high-malt portion is 56% corn and 44% various malts. It won a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, 2018 to 2021. The tasting notes list toffee, honey, green apple and nutmeg.
