ASW Fiddler Unison is a blend of two bourbons composed by ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia, bottled at 45% in a 750ml bottle. One part is a sourced high-wheat bourbon (51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley). The other is ASW's own high-malt bourbon (56% corn, 44% malts), distilled on Vendome copper pot stills.
It is matured in new charred American white oak, slowly diluted to strength, non-chill-filtered and has no colour added.
The nose offers caramel, citrus, green apple and nutmeg. On the palate there is toffee and clove over a sweet, wheated core, and the finish is smooth, spiced and medium to long.
