Auchendores – Tiriya Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Auchendores Tiriya is a Highland single malt whisky bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It has been matured in oak casks for a minimum of 12 years. The name Tiriya comes from the Gaelic word for land, a nod to the Highland terroir behind the whisky. The nose is warm, with honey, vanilla and citrus zest. On the palate come ripe fruit, toasted oak and a gentle smokiness, followed by a long finish with a subtle sweetness.
