This is a 25 year old single cask Auchentoshan, distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2023 by Hunter Laing in its Old Malt Cask series. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle, with 152 bottles drawn from the cask. Hunter Laing is a family company known for its single cask bottlings. For the Old Malt Cask range, its master blender and tasting panel sample casks from the company's warehouses and choose only a few each month, picking those at their peak of maturity.
