This is a Lowland single malt from Auchentoshan, a distillery founded in 1823 by John Bulloch. It is triple distilled, matured in American bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV. The nose combines orange and lemon with chocolate and caramel. On the palate there is coconut, lemon zest and white peach, together with barley and spiced oak. The finish is refreshing, with fruit and a touch of caramel.
