An 11 year old Aultmore single malt from Speyside, bottled by North Star at 53.2%. North Star Spirits was founded by Iain Croucher, who came to appreciate quality whisky in his mid-forties. The nose is intense, with caramel, spice and ginger. The palate brings angel cake, nutmeg and light oak, and the finish is long and spicy, with ginger and slightly sweet oranges.
