Aultmore 13 year old is a Speyside single malt from the distillery at Keith in Banffshire, bottled by Whisky Craft in a 70cl bottle. It was matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks. Aultmore was built in 1896 by the person who built Craigellachie. Its character comes from a short fermentation of 56 hours and a slow distillation lasting several hours. This bottling is described as combining vibrant orchard fruit sweetness with well-defined oak and warming spice.
