This is a 14 year old Speyside single malt from Aultmore, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage. It was matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead and bottled at a cask strength of 61.7%, in a 70cl bottle. The edition is 344 bottles. It belongs to Signatory Vintage's Plume collection, which is devoted to cask strength bottlings from first-fill sherry casks. Aultmore distillery was founded in 1896 by Alexander Edward. The flavours and aromas are described as harmonious, with many different fruit notes, a delicate texture and autumnal tones.
