This is a 14 year old Aultmore from Speyside, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 at a cask strength of 61.7% ABV. It comes from a single first fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead, number 3, and is a limited edition of 344 bottles in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to Signatory Vintage's Plume collection, which is devoted to cask strength bottlings from first fill sherry casks. Aultmore was founded in 1896 by Alexander Edward. The flavour and aroma are described as harmonious, with many different fruit notes, a delicate texture and autumnal tones.
