A red wine based on Dolcetto that expresses the character of the Langhe denomination in a restrained way.
It shows a bright ruby colour, with fresh red fruit, cherry and small berries on the nose, plus a light balsamic note; the palate is dry, with soft tannins, fresh acidity and a savoury, pleasant finish.
It suits everyday drinking with rustic starters, cured meats, tomato-based pasta dishes and grilled white meats, served around 16-18 C.
